REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
If your having second thoughts on your purchase, here's what we can do:
- Please note that we deduct a 40% restocking fee on ALL returned orders.
- Any used items or items not returned in original packaging NOT eligible for refunds.
- Damaged items or received orders for wrong items, we will re-send new ones for you. Please send video or pictures to [email protected] to re-send.
- Any items that are failed to be delivered to customers will receive a full refund if indicated on the tracking details. If your order has not yet been packed to shipped and you would like to cancel your order, you are also eligible for a refund（90%-100%）.
- Customized product do not accept refund once the order has been placed.(Except for product missing or received the wrong product)
- If the reason for the refund is the stagnation of the logistics trajectory caused by the customs inspection of the goods, or due to some force majeure reasons. We will refuse a refund.
What happens after I have been given a refund?
Refunds are normally provided only to the original payment method used when items received, inspected for damage and confirmed that they are in their original package. All customers must contact our customer support department before sending returns back and provide us with tracking information in order for us to properly process your return.
Please Note: A majority of financial institutions including banks and credit card companies will take on average 3-5 business days to process refunds, however it could take longer. Please be patient and allow at least 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect your refund on your statement before contacting us.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost should be calculated according to the courier company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the received goods are damaged or incorrect, we will re-send new ones for you. Please send video or pictures to [email protected] to re-send.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof of photos at [email protected] And you need to contact us within one day after receiving the goods.
Return shipping for the product
the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost should be calculated according to the courier company you choose.
Due to the special nature of the product, the product that needs to be returned or exchanged needs to be paid by the customer for the relevant shipping costs.
